Cardiovascular
Fitness
There are many exercises
for cardiovascular fitness. Some are biking, running, swimming, roller
blading, and many many more. The reason that you do these exercises is
to get in better shape. After you do some kind of exercise, it is always
good to check yourself to see if you are improving. Some ways to do this
is to check your heart rate when ever you are done exercising, time your-self,
and to just think about it. Exercises are also good for your body mentally,
when you exercise you relieve stress. Some example exercises are listed
